Feeding Therapy

We recognize the importance of your child getting adequate nutrition and being able to enjoy family mealtimes. 

We understand there is a sensory and oral motor impact that can be involved in feeding challenges. 

Danelle has had extensive training in the evaluation and treatment of sensory-motor based feeding disorders.

She is also a certified breastfeeding specialist and is a member of the Louisiana Breastfeeding Coalition allowing her to serve families no matter how they choose to feed their child. 

If your child is experiencing any of the following, they may benefit from a feeding evaluation and/or feeding therapy 

• Delay in meeting feeding milestones

• "Picky eating"

• Extended time to eat meals

• Eats less than 20 foods

• Difficulty transitioning to solids, baby foods

• Poor weight gain

• Poor latch on breast or bottle
